There should be certain build we could save yk instead of having to reset our points we could just make a build and save it like a dps build or a force build and stuff like that yk what i mean like it takes a while to change builds just think it would make things quicker <3

This would cause too many problem with the database, perhaps when that issue gets fixed this can be done

Wouldn't really work because you need to be a certain level for builds and unless the new players all somehow stay at 1 level then lots of people are going to be too low of a level or too high of a level and the build will be weird. If you're suggesting for max level, it could work, but by that time you're no longer a new player and you already know what you want in terms of your build.
