Brief overview of the position(s): Before Gmod I had staffed on several Minecraft server most of which I dont remember the name of and have since closed. In Gmod I staffed first for Reloaded DarkRP going from the Rank of T-Mod to Admin in 3 months of joining the staff team, in that time I took many sits I made many of mistakes while learning the interface and command differences from Minecraft. In my time on United Gamers Servers I had joined the server and applied for staff 3 weeks after joining the server, I was accepted and was brought onto the staff team as T-Mod and after 4 weeks I was promoted to Mod then Admin after 2 additional months. In that time I took many sits and banned many close friends in the name of Absolute Neutrality. I was Promoted to Senior Admin 1 Month before the Server Closing. When United Gamers Reopened I was appointed as Server Manager where made updates to the server took sits and managed the Staff Team while our Staff Manager was on leave for 2 weeks. Null Gaming wasn't anything special just taking small sits then Developing for 1 month before it closed. Ventricity I had a hand in making and managing, while the server was live I did most of the updates and Development for the server along with managing the staff team.

Why should we support your application, and what makes you more qualified than other players? (Please elaborate - minimum effort will not be tolerated): I have Years of experience Staffing on Gmod servers, I don't need extensive training as I know how the systems work. I have a great inviting personality, I don't get angered easily, I'm very patient when it comes to dealing with sits that would get under your skin. I have been around the community since late 1.0 early 2.0 on and off normally being around for 3 to 5 months then leaving for 3 or so months for IRL stuff. I am regularly on later into the night when I rarely see staff on.
