I’m not blaming “everyone”. I’m mostly referring to the SAs bc it was their designated job when we got the new forums, but they never actually went through with doing it

After some consideration I've decided to give Senior Moderators the ability to lock threads. Admins, Senior Admins and the Head Gamemaster will now be able to lock and move threads. I'll be trialing this for a undisclosed period of time to see how it goes. In regard to people getting their forum tags I'm returning from my LOA today so I'll be checking the forums daily and doing that. I'll also create a section on the forum for people requesting forum tags to easily identify who has and hasn't received their tags yet.
