The only experience you have of him "lashing out" is two video clips in which one of the them has been completely taken out of context. Going to your line of "If you find this as a scond job and you're stressed then don't be staff lol." Personally I think it's good how he treats this as a second job. I would personally want someone who cared about the server so much it basically turned into a job rather than someone who really doesn't give a shit and logs on just to see how he has a tag infront of his name that gives him power. I was staff a bit ago and I also had a job. I cared about the server and I also treated it like a second job. This server took up most of my time and when I reached my staffing job I played the server to make sure other people had fun rather than myself. At this point I just want to know how old you are. If you are older than me this will be sad (I'm 17). If you believe that you can go around this world doing whatever is easiest and quitting stuff just because it is hard or stressful. You are dead ass only going to be living off your parent's money and once that runs out. There'll always be a job at circle K waiting for you.
