So heres what's up. Oil has been in the server for a while and I have no doubt that he knows the rules and the player base. I believe oil does care for the players of the community but how he acts usually has me concerned. Oil is a pretty chill dude but does have a mingey attitude. I do see him memeing around quite a bit and idk how seriously he can handle a sit, especially with a friend involved in it. But I believe these are all things that can be worked on. Just my opinion, not gonna +/-

Thank you for the constructive criticism, I try to go for some what serious and show people that your able to still have fun. I do agree that I do go over bored on sometimes.

+1, Most arguments of "He's Mingey" are somewhat valid, but when compared to the actions higher up staff take (IE watching a man get nightsnipered outside the Jedi Temple while RP is happening) he isn't that bad, also more active than over half the staff while he still has school.

Now hold on Spectre, letting someone in due to the systemic issue of staff not caring is not good. People should not be accepted on the basis that, he's not as bad as other staff; considering that we also have been trying to my knowledge, to hold staff to higher standards.

Oil, I like you as a person, and I have no disdain towards you. You've always been nice to me in game, or in TS, but the lack of maturity is a problem for a staff member. This can lead to problems such as losing your temper, or allowing bias to influence your decisions. I have no doubt that you understand the rules and care for the community do to the amount of time you spend here; but you'll have to act in a more serious manner in character if you're to be a Staff. I'm sure you've noticed that Shepard, other staff members, and players have taken it upon themselves to hold staff to higher standards. I would recommend you try to play the server in a more serious manner in the coming weeks to show that you have the ability to change. This makes wonders for a staff app, because it shows you're actually committed. No +/-

+2 Although Oil can sometimes switch factions very quickly, he does indeed have a solid understanding of the rules, and I consider him personally more laidback and chill than "mingey". He's a pretty cool guy at most times and generally, I don't remember any toxic behavior coming from him recently.

+1 Since some people want a valid reason for the +1 I will say oil is more than mature enough to handle the role, I have seen staff members in the past and some in the present who act far more unprofessionally than Oil does, he works hard on the server in his faction but also has fun while doing it and this "fun" seems to me considered toxic by people who can not at all take a joke or relax, He would do this job well I believe and be able to handle this role to the level expected of staff.
