You have to also remember you are staffing a gmod server most sits will be cancer / not needed but we signed up for this xD! Rde can be a bit much sometimes but we still have to handle the sits as professionally as we can because he is still one of our players lol.

I do agree if you’re having a bad day you should try and control yourself as you’re staff. Just next time take a step back an breath a little. Half the time I’m having bad days and I find it good to just step back breath maybe yell at a wall a little lol.
